How to Claim

  1. Buy any Padde or Lockwood electromechanical product from Security Merchants with a minimum single invoice value of $1,000.00 between 1 January 2009 and 28 March 2009.
  2. Claim forms can be obtained from your Security Merchants dealer.
  3. Mail the claim form together with your original purchase receipt to:
    Security Merchants Australia Pty Ltd. Axxess Business Park, Unit 144, 45 Gilby Road, Mt. Waverley Vic 3149. Last claim to be received no later than 10 April 2009.
  4. Your claim will be validated and, when it’s approved, your Caltex StarCash Fuel Voucher will be mailed normally within 30 days along with your original purchase receipt.

Terms & Conditions of Security Merchants Free Fuel Promotion

  1. The promotion applies only to the purchase of Padde and Lockwood electromechanical product in a single transaction with the minimum value of $1,000.00 on a single invoice between 1 January 2009 and 31 March 2009 to claim a Caltex StarCash fuel voucher to the value of $50.00.
  2. The promotion only applies for purchases made at Security Merchants branches in all states and territories of Australia.
  3. The promotion commences at 9:00am EST on Thursday 1 January 2009 and closes at 5:00pm EST on Tuesday 31 March 2009 ("Promotion Period").
  4. Your Caltex StarCash free fuel voucher claim form must be submitted before 5:00pm EST on 10 April 2009 together with copy of valid Security Merchants receipt to Security Merchants Australia Pty Ltd. Axxess Business Park, Unit 144, 45 Gilby road, Mt. Waverley Vic 3149.
  5. Employees and immediate family of Security Merchants Australia Pty Ltd, ASSA ABLOY Australia Pty Ltd, its management and subsidiary companies are ineligible to enter this promotion.
  6. The promoter accepts no responsibility for claims lost in the post.
  7. You should expect to receive your Caltex StarCash fuel voucher approximately 30 days after submitting your claim.
  8. Caltex StarCash vouchers must be redeemed within the prescribed period of time as detailed by Caltex from participating Caltex outlets.  The use of the Caltex StarCash voucher is subject to any terms of use specified by Caltex from time to time.  Please see www.caltex.com.au for details about StarCash.
  9. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
  10. This offer is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for any other product or service.
